Refund & Return Policy

 

First of all, we thank you for your buying from us, in order to make sure your buying action was done seriously by yourself. We take your payment as a meaning of that you’ve been making the decision of buying action seriously and acknowledging all of the responsibilities you may take for this buy behavior. in order to avoid misunderstanding of this issue, our company doesn’t support “REFUND” policy, we only accept “RETURN policy” or “Replacement Policy” or “Credit Policy”, once you made payment, it means you have acknowledged and been agreed with our non-refund policy, your money will have no way to returned back to you. So, please kindly take your buyer behavior and payment behavior as seriously as you could.

 

Return & Replacement policy:

We hope that you will be delighted with your items, however, we accept return for faulty goods, and you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Glasmoke.

 

Please note that all returns must be confirmed by Glasmoke by phone, fax, post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Glasmoke will be sent back at your cost.

 

We only replace items that is defective, or having other quality problems, all replacement must be done within 7 week when you receive the item, please notify us in advance, and then, upon our request, please provide sufficient proofs that proves the item has quality problem, we will review and give you reply on our solutions, either to re-deliver or other ways based on mutual communication. Please kindly note: we don’t accept replacement for used items.

 

Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

 

Credit Policy:

Only applicable when replacement and return policy are not taken into consideration, especially for items that larger, cheaper, or fragile, etc…this policy will be notified to or communicated via phone or email with customer before it gets into application.

 

l  Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging; 
We would recommend retaining your certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us 

l  Under no circumstances, may items be returned to us if they have been used 

l  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if they do not meet our returns policy 

l  Your statutory rights are not affected
