  • Where is my order to be shipped from? 

All the orders will be shipped out from China manufacturing base directly, only in this way, we can provide you competitve price, and fast shipping. fast service.

 

  • How long can i receive my order?

All of the orders will only be running for production within 24 hours since your deposit made time, it usually takes 20 days for production since your order placing date, however, sometimes, we have stocks after bulk orders been shipped, we will be able to ship fast much sooner.

 

  • Do you guys have warehouse in Los Angeles or other places of USA?

              in 2009, we once set up a warehouse in Los Angeles with International famous Warehouse Logistic Management Company named 4PX, however, due to high handling expense, like tagging our product, re-packing the products, assembly & dismantle, all of these bringing EXTRA EXTREMELY high expense happened on each unit of product, which we donot want but have to make these extraly expense covered by our customer; through 1 year handling, we found we were almost on the edge of losing more customer as our price was nearly same as to some local supplier offered. then, we ceased our working with 4 PX. for instance, 1 bill of cargo with weight of 140 pounds, USPS will charge around $600 US dollar for USA inland delivery.

since then, we only ship from CHINA manufacturing base.

 

  • How could you guys ship my order without problems with US customs?

Through years of expereince and daily shipping handling, we have learned how to make sure all of our customers orders to reach on our customer hand safely, upon your order details, we will devide and repack, and to make each package smaller, but fully stuffed. we ship in below method:

we work  under contract with different air express couriers like FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, EMS, and we have contracts with all these companies, everytime, we use different courier to deliver your order , official ones or Agents.

we split your order by several shipments, for instance, if you order 10 cartons of grinders from us, we will only deliver 2 cartons each time, and ship them by 5 shipments to make sure the seized rate to the minimum.

In case you have several different shipping address, that would also be greatly helpful. it will lower the risk of your receiving address being listed on US customs importing blacklist.

Also, we will declare fake production description, and offer fake cargo value for the US customs, for instance, for Grinders, we will delcare them as “Kitchen Hardware” or “Aluminum Box” or “Aluminum Parts”;  and for value, each unit price will be declared no more than $0.25 per unit.

 

  • What if my order being hold by US customs? and will your company compensate my loss fully?

as we have stated above, we will try to ship each of your order at our best effort to make lower of the risk of being hold by US customs. however just in case, you lost your order, as a loyal & long term business partner with your company, we will compesnate half of your order value [except shipping charge, since shipping charge just something indeed happens]

However, if you would like full compensate, we strongly recommend you to buy our SHIPPING INSURANCE, SHIPPING INSURANCE is surcharged with 10% value of your order. for instance, if you make a $100 US dollar order with us, the INSURANCE charge is $10.00, and if you would prefer to buy the insurance, for anything lost on the way before you fully receive your order, we will compensate 100% lost happened.

 

  • What Payment method does your company accept? do you accept C.O.D payment method?

We accept  MoneyGram, Western Union, and Bank Wire Payment methods. we NO LONGER accept PayPal since Sept. 20th, 2014!

as our business type is laying on Distribution and Wholesale, It’s more risk and taking more fund for us to accept C.O.D payment method, C.O.D payment method is only available with retail business, which we don’t carry at this moment.

 

  • What does your USA office do?

In order to offer best service for a few VIP customers in USA, we formed a small service team there in State California, they daily job is to visit different VIP customers to maintenance our business relationship with them. and do some after-care on the product quality [sometimes happened] service. also to receive calls from USA, and collect potential customers informations, and forward them back to China sales team to audit and continue further possible busienss.
